The NSPRO 1150 Tour Iron Shafts are a new breed of Nippon Shafts. Usually lightweight, these opted for a more heavier feel yet not as heavy as normal steel shafts. It also adopted a new design of a two weight structure. In order for this semi-lightweight shaft to be designed, thorough research on weight balance and the thickness of the steel structure was a must. Adjustments were made to the thickness of the steel inside the shaft, and it succeeded in increasing the stability near the hand and at the tip.
