Introducing PRGR Tune 02 Fairway Wood

The TUNE 02 Fairway wood is a titanium head that has high repulsion, low spin, and a slightly deeper face with a low center of gravity. There are 3 available lofts (3+, 3, and 5). The 3+ and 3 wood heads have a shallow back that helps the ball to fly easily, while the 5 wood has a smaller head width to increase workability. Inside each head is a “Bridge Weight” that is welded to the sole, at the toe and the heel, creating better repulsion and a lower center of gravity.

The Bridge Weight lowers the center of gravity increasing repulsion while a slightly deeper clubface lowers ball spin. The result is a higher launching, lower spinning head.

The heads have a hosel diameter of 9.05mm, slightly larger than shaft diameter, which allows it to adjust loft, lie angle, and face angle, by controlling the angle at which the shaft is inserted when assembling the club. There are five types of screw weights (4, 6, 8, 10, and 12g) so that the head weight is also adjustable. Swapping around the weights can achieve fine adjustment of the center of gravity.

Loft, face angle, and head weight are all carefully measured and labeled on the packaging for each head. Choose a head with the closest desired specifications when ordering. Tolerances are very tight therefore providing better precision throughout the set of clubs. PRGR clubs are for serious golfers who demand precision and perfection.
