Precision-Forged Craftsmanship

With RomaRo’s exclusive soft carbon steel S20C forging, each Ray H Iron goes through a meticulous four-stage forging process. This approach not only enhances the density and structure of the metal but also improves vibration control and impact feedback. The club's “Hyper Heat” treatment corrects inconsistencies, creating a beautifully soft feel with low-impact sound for a superior sensory experience.

"Four forging processes" that gradually increase the structure density and finish it precisely to the final shape. Then, by applying a "new technology special heat treatment" that reheats at a high temperature after forging, the metal particles are made uniform and the unevenness of hardness is corrected.
